Privacy policy.

01. Who we are

The Quiet Life (also called The Quiet Life Collection) creates digital journals and free resources for reflection, mindfulness, and intentional living. For questions about this policy or your personal information, write to thequietlifecollection@gmail.com.

02. What information we collect

When you sign up for the free 5-Minute Mind Declutter, we collect the email address you enter and your affirmative choice to receive emails. Our mailing-list provider may record subscription dates, group membership, status, and email engagement information.

When you visit the website, our hosting and delivery providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and request logs for security and service operations. The page also loads fonts from Google Fonts.

03. How we use it

• To register your signup and send your requested free PDF by welcome email.
• With your consent, to send occasional notes about mindful living, guided journals, new releases, and The Quiet Life updates.
• To operate, maintain, protect, and troubleshoot the signup website and email service.
• To manage unsubscribes and honor privacy requests.

We rely on your opt-in consent for marketing emails. Other necessary technical processing is used to operate and secure the service, as permitted by applicable law.

04. Services that help us

We use MailerLite to manage our email list, send the free-guide welcome email, and deliver future newsletters. We use Netlify to host the signup page, downloadable PDF, and secure signup function. Google Fonts provides website typography. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies, potentially in countries other than your own.

See MailerLite's privacy policy, Netlify's privacy policy, and Google's privacy policy.

If you choose to visit our Gumroad storefront, Gumroad's own privacy practices apply to activity on that separate website. Signing up here does not itself purchase a product or share payment information with us.

05. Email measurement and website technology

Our MailerLite emails may use an invisible image to estimate when an email is opened, and tracked links to measure clicks. These signals help us understand whether our emails are useful; open measurements are approximate. Our current landing page does not intentionally include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting providers and embedded resources may still use necessary technical mechanisms to operate their services.

06. How long we keep information

We keep your subscription details while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will act on that request, subject to any information we must retain to document consent, respect your opt-out, protect the service, or meet applicable legal obligations. Technical logs may be retained separately by service providers under their policies.

07. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time through the link at the bottom of our emails. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete your subscription information, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing thequietlifecollection@gmail.com. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.

08. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our services change. The latest version and its update date will appear here. If a change meaningfully affects how we use subscriber information, we will take appropriate steps to inform you where required.
